We have the experience of working with these facilities to ensure your event is planned and executed flawlessly given each venues unique characteristics. Buhl Mansion

One of America's Top 10 Most Romantic Inns, listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Perfect for exclusive executive retreats and castle weddings. 7 acres of manicured gardens, ponds and fountains provide a picturesque setting for wedding ceremonies, photographs and champagne receptions.

Butler Institute of American Art

Are you looking for that perfect place to hold an elegant reception, a cocktail party, an important dinner, a retirement party, or any other event in which an impressive location is of supreme importance? The beautiful Butler Institute of American Art in Youngstown, Ohio, is a location that will make any event memorable. Our striking Beecher Court atrium and galleries of beautiful American art will transform any event into a very special private occasion. Other unique facilities including the Butler North’s Parlor, and the Butler Trumbull branch are also available during regular museum hours and after hours. These spaces offer a fine venue for smaller company meetings and private events.

DeBartolo Stadium Club

Atop the stadium and overlooking the city of Youngstown is the DeBartolo Stadium Club. The club provides meeting and dinner/party seating for more than 200 guests and is available to campus and community organizations or individuals. M Gallery

M Gallery at Erie Terminal Place is a new commercial gallery and event venue in downtown Youngstown. We are an emerging creative space that connects the community of Youngstown with regionally acclaimed art and provides a dynamic place to gather friends, family, and coworkers to share ideas and celebrations.

We are located in the beautifully restored historic Erie Terminal building, once the Erie-Lackawanna passenger railway depot. In the spirit of the building’s history, we are bringing the Northeastern Ohio region together by offering opportunities to discover and collect new work by established and rising area artists that enrich the downtown experience. M Gallery is a distinctive setting for you to show your guests your individual creativity, make special memories, and share innovative dialogue within a developing arts district downtown.

National Packard Museum

Looking for a different place to hold your next party? We've got a unique atmosphere with great cars and displays. Rent the facility after hours or during museum hours (limited use). The Great Hall is the perfect location for a cocktail party, gala, or even a wedding reception! Or if you're planning a luncheon, shower, or any sit down social event ask about the Legacy Gallery! The Great Hall and the Legacy Gallery can be rented together or separately.

Stambaugh Auditorium

Jeanne D. Tyler Grand Ballroom
The 8,800 square foot ballroom can accommodate up to 550 for a seated dinner with a dance floor. It can be configured for many events including wedding receptions, dinners, dances, antique and craft shows, or business meetings. It has a stage, large dance floor, and fully equipped kitchen. Use of the Ballroom includes Stambaugh owned tables and chairs for up to 550.

Anne K. Christman Memorial Hall
A 2,500 square foot formal room located on the third level. A great space for wedding ceremonies, small receptions, dinners, meetings or seminars, and small concerts or recitals. The ornate ceiling and columns, marble benches, herringbone pattern hardwood floors, and chandeliers create a special ambience.

The Tyler Grand Ballroom and Concert Hall Lobbies are great spaces for cocktails, small ceremonies or receptions, book signings, or vendor space. The Concert Hall lobby is 2,500 square feet, and the Ballroom lobby is 2,200 square feet.

Stambaugh also offers an elegant boardroom for businesses and organizations to hold meetings. The room can accommodate 20 participants. There is a small refrigerator in the room and restroom facilities are nearby.

Tyler History Museum

The Paul & Marguerite Thomas Ballroom is a beautifully appointed, traditional ballroom featuring a wall of windows with views of YSU campus and Youngstown’s North Side. For a banquet or dinner party, it seats 140 with room for a dance floor, or up to 160 in a tighter table arrangement.  Theatre-style, we can arrange 200 seats with a screen. The Thomas Ballroom is available for both daytime and evening events. Rental of the ballroom includes tables and chairs, use of the kitchen, the Hynes Mezzanine with bar and restrooms, set up, staffing, parking and security.
