We understand how important your event is to you and your family or maybe how important it is to your company, clients or boss. We know what it takes to make an event fantastic, and we are here to help you make yours fantastic. Experience has taught us that there are three things that will have the greatest impact on the success of an event; 1) fantastic food, 2) engaging customer service and 3) getting great value for your money.

All food is not created equal! Since we opened our doors over 30 years ago we have always been known for our outstanding food, the best in the area! This comes from a dedication to using only the best ingredients and then having talented chefs create truly delicious items for you and your guests to enjoy. For example, we only use USDA choice meats. There are cheaper grades of meat but they are just that, cheaper, tougher and inferior. When a caterer’s price for the “same” item is considerably cheaper your first reaction might be “Great!” but instead, perhaps it should be “Why?” The number one thing your guests will remember about your event is how fantastic the food tasted.

Planning an extraordinary event means working for countless hours over many months making lots of decisions and coordinating many details that need to work in perfect harmony. We want to help you create your perfect event. The only way we can do that is by taking the time to meet with you, listen to you and understand your vision. We do not simply mail out our information or just hand it to a client for them to look over on their own. We take the time to help you from our very first meeting all the way through each and every event we work together with you to create. We will share with you our expertise, our cutting-edge ideas, and our experience so that not only does your event turn out just the way you envisioned it, but all during the planning stages you feel comfortable, confident and stress free.
